Walkfinder Calibration-rod

The calibration rod should be considered as the "standard-meter" for the absolute accuracy of the tracking space.

By moving the rod and creating the related perspectiv distortion,  the scaling of the tracking space becomes feasible. 

Technical Specification: 

• 1 rod is equipped with 2 aktive markers
• distance betewwen the markers: 1502mm
• the rod is connected to the position-electronics

Function of Calibration-rod

=Studio-calibration in conjunction with the studio-target

Result:

=The studio is measured and stored in X-Y-Z-measures and in P-T-R direction
